Equipment

  • Blender (high-speed preferred)
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon
  • Glass or jar for serving
  • Straw (optional, but fun)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

Step 1: Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Start by adding frozen strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice into your blender.

Step 2: Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.

Step 3: Adjust Consistency

  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few more ice cubes or strawberries.

Step 4: Taste and Adjust

  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.

Step 5: Serve Immediately

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy right away while it’s fresh and cold.

Notes

  • Always use frozen strawberries for better texture
  • Add liquid gradually to control thickness
  • Blend longer than you think for a smoother finish
  • Taste before adding extra sweetener
