  • Slowly pour in milk while whisking constantly. This prevents lumps and ensures smooth texture.

Step 4: Add Cream

  • Once milk is incorporated, add heavy cream and continue stirring until the mixture becomes silky.

Step 5: Season the Sauce

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg. Stir well.

Step 6: Simmer and Thicken

  • Let the sauce simmer gently until it reaches your desired consistency. It should coat the back of a spoon.
